Bpxc Summer Strength Training. Monday & Wednesdays 6pm 6/2-7/30 at the Belle Plaine Athletic complex. This is an 8 week program that focuses on total body strengthening with body weight and resistance exercises. We create a balanced neuromuscular foundation for your growing students to build strength, speed and ability in any sport. This program can be done in conjunction with the morning weight lifting programs or as a stand alone strength and conditioning program. Instructors are Lisa Jamison and Brian Jamison. Training for young nordic skiers. The “Devo” group will be more varied than the Comp Team, and often less ski specific.The LNR Devo Team is geared toward younger and new skiers to LNR. Devo team is the LNR starting point and is meant to keep training closer to home and shorter out of town camps.
- Activities Include: nordic ski technique, physical conditioning
- Skill Level: intermediate – advanced
- Age Range: 13 – 16

The LNR competition team is our highest level of training for high school aged student athletes. Primarily for high school juniors and seniors or birth years 2007, 2008 and 2009. 2009 Birth years must have prior LNR training experience with the LNR Devo team. Comp team members are committed to year round training and have goals of competing regionally and nationally.
